Sylvain Paillotin specializes in the law of distressed companies, trust structures and litigation. He deploys the legal tools needed to anticipate and overcome crisis situations.
His experience in restructuring, litigation and trusts perfectly complements the firm’s expertise in distressed M&A.
He assists managers and groups of companies in special situations, as well as creditors or shareholders of such companies, buyers of distressed companies and administrators or liquidators.
He also advises Web 3 companies on their issues related to Digital Assets (security/utility tokens, token issuance, legal and contractual framework, AMF regulations…), as well as investors in the sector.
Before joining Redlink in September 2022, Sylvain practiced for 9 years with Sekri Valentin Zerrouk, 4 years with Gide and 2 years with Dentons.
