Xavier Thouvenin, partner, advises and litigates on issues relating to the day-to-day management of companies, disputes between partners and the drafting of complex contracts.

He advises major players in the real estate, new economy, banking, hotel, services and video game sectors. He assists companies in the implementation of transformation, merger, restructuring, outsourcing and partnership projects and also acts as a strategic advisor.

After starting his career as a lawyer in New York, he joined Moquet Borde & Associés on his return to France, where he worked mainly on acquisitions and restructuring operations before joining Lovells in Paris and then London. He then worked at Franklin before becoming a partner at FLV & Associés where he practiced for more than 13 years.
