Ombeline Soulier Dugénie accompanies and advises real estate transaction players (developers, investors, property companies) on all the operational stages of urban planning projects: assessment of building rights, securing urban planning authorizations, audit and drafting builder contracts, monitoring of administrative adjustments, transaction, negotiation and litigation.
Ombeline Soulier Dugénie has developed targeted expertise in the issuance of town planning permission (building permit, change of destination) and intervenes in case of litigation (third party appeal, refusal of delivery or unreasonable requests for additional case file materials) which allows her to represent and assist the various actors involved in their litigation with third parties or administrations.
