Jean-Charles focuses his practice on Mergers & Acquisitions, Reorganizations, Private Equity transactions and Joint-Ventures/partnerships. He represents French and multinational clients, including shareholders, investors, industrials and managers.

Jean-Charles has also developed an expertise in the field of Distressed M&A involving restructuring, turnaround and strategical matters handled for sellers or investors/acquirors either in the context of out-of-court reorganization procedures (ad hoc mandate, conciliation) or as part of judicial proceedings (safeguard, rehabilitation proceedings).

He previously worked at Linklaters (1999 – 2001), Mayer Brown (2002 – 2008) and Poulain & Associés (2009 – 2017).
