Guillaume Rivet

Member of the Bordeaux Bar Association since 2008.

Previously a partner with the law firm, la Compagnie juridique, then, from 2017, with TGS France Avocats (ABR & Associés in Bordeaux), Guillaume mainly specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment capital and cooperation agreements in the context of acquisitions and disposals, leveraged buyouts (LBO) or capital raising (risk capital or development capital). Motivated by their projects, his leitmotiv is to find solutions that best address his clients’ concerns.

A strong believer in the potential of the digital and collaborative economy, he advises start-ups and innovative companies in their fund raising initiatives of any kind from the seed phase, to the financing rounds (A and B) and the eventual exit. Guillaume maximises value creation for the greatest number, entrepreneurs and investors alike.
