Emmanuelle Reeves - Redlink avocats

Emmanuelle Reeves

Lawyer

Emmanuelle Reeves works in real estate law, with recognised expertise in commercial leases, both in an advisory work and litigation.

She advises a client base comprising national retail brands, franchise networks, and end-users on the structuring, management, and optimisation of their real estate portfolios. She is notably involved in lease renewal and restructuring negotiations, judicial rent-setting proceedings, disputes relating to eviction indemnities, as well as business transfer transactions, lease audits, and multi-site operations.

Emmanuelle also assists clients with all issues relating to the performance of commercial leases (service charges and taxes, works, delivery obligations, regulatory compliance, disturbance of quiet enjoyment), working closely with asset managers, court-appointed experts, architects, and technical advisers.

She has developed solid experience in complex real estate litigation before the civil courts, at the crossroads of commercial lease law, construction law, and condominium law.

Her approach — rigorous, strategic, and operational — is designed to secure her clients’ legal positions while fully integrating their long-term economic and real estate considerations.

Before joining Redlink, Emmanuelle practised with recognised law firms specialising in real estate law and commercial litigation.

Emmanuelle has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2021.
