Holding a dual D.J.C.E./LL.M. qualification in business law, Marie-Agnès specializes in employment law, social security law, and supplementary employee benefits.
She advises a diverse range of clients including SMEs, mid-sized companies, and international groups on all areas of employment and social law, covering both individual and collective matters, as well as advisory and litigation work, in both French and English.
She also serves as a labour court judge.
Previously, she was Counsel in charge of developing the employment law department at FBL Avocats in Paris and practised at Fromont Briens.
She also worked as an associate with lawyers admitted to plead before the Conseil d’État and the Cour de cassation.
